After listening to a lecture given by," President Clinton", one evening this week, about micro loans,my interest was sterred. Here is an idea who's time has come, a way to give a hand up to folks who would otherwise have no chance of makeing it out of poverty. Now we, as individuals can give a loan to the person of our choice, anywhere in the world to help them setup a small business. We can watch the progress and communicate with that person, and cheer for them when they succeed, as they usually do.
